If you change your mind, all items must be returned within 15 calendar days, starting from the day after which your order was delivered. To return the product, you must contact us first. Do not return items without doing so. For a seamless return process, please notify us immediately after order is received via email at orders@truedeeplyrooted.com and state the reason for your return.

In order to be eligible for a full refund (less shipping charges), the product must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date the order was received/of receiving instructions at the customer’s expense. The product must be in the same condition as it was received and undamaged in any way.

We only accept returns for customer remorse on the following conditions:

• For items with a manufacturer seal, the manufacturer seal must be unopened
• The item must be in its original packaging with all original accessories

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Final sale items are not exchangeable or refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

• There is no restocking fee for returned orders.

In the aforementioned case, you will have 15 calendar days to return these products and get a refund or replacement. This period starts from the day after you receive your order. This also includes items that become faulty within 15 calendar days of receiving the order.

Packing instructions when returning an order:

• Securely pack the items in a box.
• Use the address provided in your authorized return email.Ship the package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Refund Process

The refund will be initiated once your product is received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund takes 5-10 business days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.
