Turmeric, Ginger & Cinnamon Tea 🌿

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey, (or any sweetner of choice)
  • Juice of  ½ of lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring, water, ginger, cinnamon sticks, and tumeric to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Pour tea through a stainless steel of glass tea strainer.
  4. Stir in raw honey or sweetner of choice to taste.
  5. Add lemon juice for added flavor.
  6. Relax and Enjoy🍵!
