Turmeric, Ginger & Cinnamon Tea 🌿
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh ginger, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 4 cups water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tablespoons raw honey, (or any sweetner of choice)
- Juice of ½ of lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Bring, water, ginger, cinnamon sticks, and tumeric to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Pour tea through a stainless steel of glass tea strainer.
- Stir in raw honey or sweetner of choice to taste.
- Add lemon juice for added flavor.
